She lives in Bedfordshire, England with her husband and twin sons but spends as much time as she possibly can travelling.
Her career in planning and project management saw her deliver numerous complex corporate projects such as stock disposals, a housing PFI, and she was Head of Integration Planning for a large merger of two housing associations.
In July 2022, Karen was approached by Lisa Johnson to become her Operations Director.
The role was created to utilise Karen’s broad and dynamic skillset, giving Karen the opportunity to play a key role in the operational growth of the business, contributing to a £2.9m launch in March 2024.

The franchise is for business coaches, consultants, mentors, strategists, and those who want to add these services to their existing business or start a new and exciting business venture.
The opportunity is for a 3-year term and is renewable thereafter. It is a 3-year term because this is a commitment that you make to the business and a commitment that we make to you. We are passionate about you being in the business for many years to come.
Should you wish to renew your contract at the end of the 3 year term you will be able to subject to a 1 year renewable contract and you will pay the the monthly service fee. Eg if we have increased the monthly fee throughout your term you will pay the new monthly fee on renewal, this increase will be linked with inflation costs in business. This may also be subject to an short interview.
The monthly service fee covers the running costs of the franchise, such as the support you will receive, your CRM system, the ongoing asset creation, marketing the brand and ongoing business enhancements over the term to ensure that we maintain out market leading reputation.

Yes, we have a payment plan over 6 months, and for a limited period you do not need to pay the monthly service fee until month 7 which allows you time to start to build your audience and business.

Yes, you can still use your existing website and keep the businesses separate. You can hyperlink the website from TBSC and add it to your existing website or operate them as separate websites.

They can be delivered in a way that suits you and your business. Some franchisees want to launch and run the courses live, and some may want to record the training on Evergreen. No, we don't operate a territory-based franchise method because we believe that this could potentially cap your business potential. The online coaching industry is growing year on year, and we want to support you in maximizing this business opportunity worldwide. We are here to create a greater impact together.
Your ROI is all down to you. Some franchisees may launch a few times and get their ROI; others may operate their franchise alongside another business, existing employment or family commitments. We believe that everyone is individual, and so is their success. Yes, the workbooks can be downloaded and translated if needed at the franchisees cost. Adjustments for learning needs can be made with permission.
No, you will have one website under the franchise branding. However, you can have your separate business website and use the franchise website for upselling.
The email list is owned by you as part of the franchise, but it will be in the franchise CRM system. You can download it if needed and transfer it if you have a robust privacy policy in place.
